IT'S UNFAIR

Prop. 140 would change Arizona's election system to an unfair and complicated California-style ranked choice voting scheme just like they use in San Francisco. Ranked choice disenfranchises voters by diluting their vote and even eliminating it after it's cast.

IT'S DANGEROUS

Prop. 140's California-style ranked choice voting scheme is a dangerous assault on our democratic system of elections where the candidate with the most votes wins. Under ranked choice voting, the top vote-getter will no longer be guaranteed to win the election.

IT'S WRONG

Prop. 140's California-style ranked choice voting scheme wrongly undermines the integrity of our election system by taking from voters the power to determine who would appear on the general election ballot. If Prop. 140 passes, one partisan politician would decide who you could vote for.
