CHECK-IN: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Located OUTSIDE in the front of the building on the left-hand side. Look for media signage (pop-up banners) to direct you to the press check-in table. A staff member will check your ID against our approved credential list and will assign you an RPAZ press pass. If you or your staff are not on that list, you will not be permitted inside the venue. Photo identification and RPAZ press passes are required for entry. All crew must be pre-registered.
RUN OF SHOW:
8:00 AM - State Committeemen Credentailing Begins
9:00 AM - Media Check-In
10:00 AM - Meeting Call to Order & Welcome
*Credentialing closes for SC and Media
10:10 AM - Prayer, Pledge, National Anthem
10:30 AM - Program
PRESS PASS STATUS: Company will receive notification of press pass status no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Filling out the media application does not guarantee credentials/press pass. We reserve the right to approve or deny any media applications for the private RPAZ Statutory Meeting on January 28th, 2023.
