Press must enter the venue from behind the ballroom. There will be a sign labeled “Press Check-In” and a table with press credentials. A staff member will check your ID against our approved credential list and will assign you a badge and lanyard. If you or your staff are not on that list, you will not be permitted inside the venue.
Photo identification and RPAZ press passes are required for entry. All crew must be pre-registered. If you need to register additional crew members, please do so ASAP by

All media will be required to pass through a security checkpoint. Media will then be escorted to the press area/riser.
Power will be provided and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible.
***Please note riser space is limited. Press may need to place cameras on the venue floor. Please plan accordingly.
***Please bring personal hotspots and LiveU units to ensure wifi capabilities.
The press must stay in their designated area of the RPAZ Election Night Watch Party. Failure to do so will result in the removal of credentialed press pass. Interviews requests must be submitted to kristy.dohnel@azgop.org or to candidate staff.
